American Veteran Vault is not a U.S. government program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the DoD, VA, U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard, or any branch of the federal, state, or local government.
American Veteran Vault is an initiative of US Financial Services Group, a for-profit private entity based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Use of patriotic imagery and military themes is for institutional storytelling purposes only and does not imply any government relationship or endorsement.
American Veteran Vault is a for-profit initiative. It is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, a charitable organization, or a tax-exempt entity of any kind. Founding membership purchases are commercial transactions. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible under any provision of U.S. tax law.
Launch guarantee: If the American Veteran Vault archive does not launch by July 4, 2026, all founding members are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days to founders@veteranchannel.com with proof of purchase.
All other sales are final: Outside of the launch guarantee, founding memberships are non-refundable. The Founder Number, Registry listing, and digital certificate represent permanent institutional records.
Coin issues: If a Founder Coin arrives damaged or is not received within 60 days of the estimated ship date, contact founders@veteranchannel.com for a replacement or resolution.
By submitting any content to the American Veteran Vault, you agree to all of the following:
License Grant: You grant American Veteran Vault and US Financial Services Group a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to archive, store, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your submitted content in connection with the operation of the archive and any related media initiatives.
Ownership Representation: You represent and warrant that you own the submitted content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
Accuracy: You represent that the submitted content is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitters bear sole responsibility for accuracy.
Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Veteran Vault and US Financial Services Group from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to your submitted content.
Review and Rejection: American Veteran Vault reserves the right to review all submissions before publication and to reject, remove, or edit any submission at its sole discretion.
All submissions must comply with all applicable U.S. military regulations, Department of Defense policies, and federal laws regarding Operational Security (OPSEC) and classified information. Submissions must NOT contain:
The OPSEC compliance checkbox on the story submission form reads: "I certify that my submission complies with all applicable military rules, regulations, and OPSEC requirements. I confirm this submission does not contain Classified Information as defined by 18 U.S. Code § 798 or any content that could endanger personnel or national security. I agree to the Submission Terms and hold American Veteran Vault and US Financial Services Group harmless for any claims arising from my submission."
The American Veteran Vault website and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Financial Services Group makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall US Financial Services Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by you for your founding membership.
This Disclaimer and all related terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
