What you are purchasing: When you purchase a founding membership (Supporter, Charter Founder, or Legacy Founder), you are purchasing a specific set of rights, records, and tangible or digital artifacts as described at the time of purchase.
Not a donation: Founding membership purchases are commercial transactions. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible under any U.S. tax law.
Founder Numbers: Founder Numbers (#0001–#2026) are assigned at payment confirmation in the order received. Numbers are permanent and non-transferable once assigned.
Founders Registry: Your name, Founder Number, and enrollment date will be recorded in the American Veteran Vault Founders Registry as a permanent institutional record.
The Founder Coin included in Charter Founder ($249) and Legacy Founder ($499) memberships is a commemorative artifact.
Launch guarantee: If the American Veteran Vault archive does not launch by July 4, 2026, all founding members are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days to founders@veteranchannel.com.
All other sales are final: Outside of the launch guarantee, founding memberships are non-refundable.
The Founding Member Question is optional at checkout. Answering does not guarantee Founding Member status. The 250 inaugural Founding Members will be selected at the sole discretion of the institution. Founding Member status carries no ownership interest or legal authority over the institution.
