American Veteran Vault is led by a founding team with a clear mandate: establish a permanent national institution for veteran stories at America’s 250th Anniversary. Full biographies published before July 4, 2026.
Julie Borges founded the American Veteran Vault in 2026 as a permanent national institution for preserving military stories, family legacies, and service histories across every era of American service — tied to America’s 250th Anniversary as a founding moment that will not exist again.
She leads the organization’s mission, strategic direction, and founding campaign. The Founders Program, the Founders Registry, the Veterans Impact Council, and the Founders Charter are each expressions of her commitment to building something with permanence at its core.
Julie holds that the Vault’s founding at America’s 250th Birthday creates an institutional anchor that will define its permanence — connecting it to the full arc of American military service from 1776 to the present day.
